Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote it support position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets
  • Support new-joiner account creation and device setup
  • Test fixes before closing a ticket
  • Respond to first-line IT tickets and log every step taken
  • Maintain asset and licence records

Requirements

  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Clear written English
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Arabic language support

Eligibility
