Job summary

About the role

This remote it support vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Riyadh preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Write short how-to guides for recurring issues
  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Respond to first-line IT tickets and log every step taken
  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems
  • Test fixes before closing a ticket

Requirements

  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Arabic language support
