About the role

A work-from-home customer service opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes

Requirements

  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
