Job summary

About the role

This remote customer service vacancy is open to candidates in Oman. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes

Requirements

  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Conversational Arabic
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
