About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Abha preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
