Job summary

About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
