About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
