Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
