About the role

We are hiring for a remote customer service position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve

Requirements

  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Conversational Arabic
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
