Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote customer service role you can do from home in Kuwait. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes

Requirements

  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Conversational Arabic
