About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements
