About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
