About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
