About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
