About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
