About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 4,600–10,350 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
