About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in United Arab Emirates. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Organised documentation habits

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
