About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
