About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
