Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Track probation and document expiry dates

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS

Eligibility
