About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
