About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
