About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Jeddah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
