About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in.   • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree
