About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
