About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
