Job summary

About the role

This remote it support vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Test fixes before closing a ticket
  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Support new-joiner account creation and device setup
  • Write short how-to guides for recurring issues
  • Guide users through password resets, access issues and basic setup
  • Respond to first-line IT tickets and log every step taken

Requirements

  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Clear written English
  • Reliable internet and a capable computer

Preferred skills

  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Arabic language support
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice

Eligibility
