Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote it support role you can do from home in Oman. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Respond to first-line IT tickets and log every step taken
  • Guide users through password resets, access issues and basic setup
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems
  • Keep users informed about progress on their request
  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets

Requirements

  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Clear written English
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Reliable internet and a capable computer

Preferred skills

  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Arabic language support
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice

Eligibility
