Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote it support role you can do from home in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems
  • Test fixes before closing a ticket
  • Keep users informed about progress on their request
  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Support new-joiner account creation and device setup
  • Write short how-to guides for recurring issues

Requirements

  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Clear written English
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Interest in a technical support career

Preferred skills

  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Basic networking knowledge
