About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
