About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
