About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
