Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Bahrain. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
