Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote customer service position based in Bahrain. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times

Requirements

  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
