Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home customer service opportunity for people living in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve

Requirements

  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home

Preferred skills

  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
