About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
