About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Riyadh preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
