About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 120–200 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
