Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS

Eligibility
