About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
