About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Organised documentation habits

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree

Eligibility
