Job summary

About the role

This remote it support vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Guide users through password resets, access issues and basic setup
  • Support new-joiner account creation and device setup
  • Write short how-to guides for recurring issues
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems
  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets
  • Respond to first-line IT tickets and log every step taken

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Arabic language support
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
