About the role

A work-from-home it support opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Guide users through password resets, access issues and basic setup
  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Support new-joiner account creation and device setup
  • Respond to first-line IT tickets and log every step taken
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software

Preferred skills

  • Arabic language support
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • Basic networking knowledge
