Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote it support position based in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems
  • Guide users through password resets, access issues and basic setup
  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Support new-joiner account creation and device setup

Requirements

  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in a technical support career

Preferred skills

  • Arabic language support
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
