About the role

This remote it support vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Guide users through password resets, access issues and basic setup
  • Write short how-to guides for recurring issues
  • Support new-joiner account creation and device setup
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems

Requirements

  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software

Preferred skills

  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Arabic language support
