Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote it support role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets
  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Keep users informed about progress on their request
  • Test fixes before closing a ticket
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context

Requirements

  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Interest in a technical support career

Preferred skills

  • Basic networking knowledge
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Arabic language support
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
